8 Weeks of Iron Bloom Strength

This is the most comprehensive program, and it's best way to see results. You'll learn how to strength train and see changes in both your physique and your strength. It's also the best price per session.

It includes:

 3 Weeks of Strength

This is for people who aren't sure yet if they want to commit to eight weeks. It does cost more per session, but you can buy another three-week session following this one to get a total of six weeks. You won't see the results you'll experience in the eight-week session, but it's an effective introduction.

Level 2: Independent Study

This program is for graduates of the eight-week Iron Bloom Strength Training Program who want to keep the momentum going. You'll receive eight weeks of programming (in a convenient one-page format) plus two one-on-one check-ins, one at four weeks and one at eight weeks. I'll help you keep getting stronger and feeling great!
