How Iron Bloom Training Works

How does this all work?

My program is remote strength coaching, which means you can do your workouts whenever and wherever you want. I have clients who do them at home and some who do them at a gym. They also work very well at hotel gyms!

To get started, you only need three pairs of dumbbells, or one pair of adjustable dumbbells. In our initial consultation I will help you decide what size dumbbells to buy if you don't have any. 

Each week I send you your week's worth of strength workouts, which you do three times a week. They should only take about 20 to 30 minutes. I send videos so you know how to do each movement, and I also ask you to send me videos of you doing each lift for the first week. I will correct your form and give you feedback so you know you're doing them correctly! 

Then, each week you book your video call with me. That's when we talk about how the week went and you can ask questions. It's a fun, informal chat! Following that call I send you the next week's workout, which I design based on how the prior week felt.

In my eight-week program you'll learn how a strength training progression works, and I'll talk about why I program each movement.

Once it's done, you can take what you learned and begin training on your own, buy another eight-week intensive session, or sign up for Level 2: Independent Study, where we meet twice during the eight weeks.
